Move Up - Boosting the Social Skills of Adults for Better Employability and Success at Work
Description of the project
The Move Up project is a learning platform development project that offers the opportunity to develop social skills, which are put in the background, to adults who work as workers in blue-collar occupational groups and do not have the time and budget to devote to education. The target audience of the project is adults who have blue and pink collar jobs and find it difficult to allocate resources for their own development.

Aim of the Project
The main purpose of the Move Up project is to determine the social skills that need to be developed in each blue-collar profession and to create a learning platform that supports the development of the determined social skills of blue-collar workers working in these professions.

- Identifying the most common blue-collar occupations and listing the social skills of these occupations
- Examining adult education opportunities in partner countries
- Creating training content for the determined social skills
- Uploading the prepared training content to the platform
