MindTech – Strategies for Managing Digital Addiction and Promoting Well-being for Youth

Description of the project

The MindTech project, funded under the Erasmus+ KA220-YOU – Cooperation Partnerships in Youth, aims to equip youth workers with the necessary competences, tools, and frameworks to promote digital well-being and responsible technology use among young people. It addresses the urgent need to reduce digital addiction risks, enhance self-regulation and digital literacy, and foster mental well-being through evidence-based, behaviorally informed methods. By combining digital education, psychology, and youth work practices, MindTech will develop innovative tools such as the CyberWell Academy (an e-learning platform) and the WiseScreen Toolkit (interactive tools for digital resilience), creating a sustainable framework for healthier and more balanced digital engagement across Europe.
