The increasing elderly population in both Europe and Turkey has revealed the need for nursing staff who are qualified in care services in this field. In this project, the ECVET system will be adapted to achieve a certain standard in this field. In this way, both in Turkey and in other countries of Europe, maintenance staff with the same standard will be created as a workforce.

Thanks to the system that will be established with ECVET as a result of the project, maintenance personnel working in both Europe and Turkey will be subject to the same standard criteria, and as a result of this, a maintenance worker working in Turkey will be able to work in Europe and mobility between countries in the European area will be ensured.
