One of the modern world phenomena seen in recent years is the problematic use of the Internet. Problematic internet use is defined as a pathological impulse control disorder that does not involve the use of toxic substances. It has become one of the main problems faced by secondary school students in Europe.

Aim of the Project
The main objective of the Log On Back To Life project is to support teachers, students and parents in the fight against Problematic Internet Use, a horizontal impact in partner countries. It is aimed to prevent the initial symptoms of problematic internet use that lead to internet addiction in the long term by early detection.
Project Activities
- Preparation of a comparative report on the problematic internet usage levels of students in partner countries
- Preparation of educational material for teachers on the problem of problematic internet use in students
- Preparation of awareness material on the problem of problematic internet use by students
- Awareness of the problem of problematic internet use of students and development of an educational platform
- Establishment of a participatory methodology for the identification and prevention of problematic internet use in students
- Creation of a resource handbook for identifying, preventing and evaluating problematic internet use
- Carrying out short-term training activities for high school teachers
- Organizing campaigns in schools
- Enrichment of Participatory Methodology through Discussion Groups with student, teacher and parent participation
- Organizing conferences titled “Get Off the Internet and Return to Real Life”
- Comparative Report on Problematic Internet Use Levels of Students in Partner Countries
