Aim of the Project
This project aims to increase the basic skills of foster families by improving the skills of adult trainers and professionals who provide training to foster families. It also aims to;
-Supporting adult educators and professionals working with foster families to keep up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field and providing them with opportunities for continuous training and professional development
-Ensuring that adult educators and professionals have access to a variety of resources and information to support the needs of foster families
-Providing opportunities for adult educators and professionals working with foster families to collaborate and network with other professionals in their field
-Determining the needs of foster families and children in care and to contribute to the development of policies and practices that promote the best interests of these children and their families.
Project Activities
At the end of this project, three main results will be generated: 1. European Reference Framework on Faster Family 2. Holistic, Innovative, Need-Based Training Content 3. Self Study Learning Tools and Communication Forum on the Digital Platform
