Description of the project

The project aims to support youth workers to provide better guidance to young people, informing young people about current career opportunities, enabling them to recognize their own skills, and increasing their professional self-confidence by supporting youth workers in order to prevent professional future anxiety among NEETs, which is a rising problem across Europe.

Aim of the Project

The primary aim of the project is to increase the skills of youth workers and equip them with up-to-date and relevant information to provide better career opportunities for young people and NEETS, empowering them to increase their capacity and proficiency in cross-skills for providing better guidance and creating a digital platform to allow young people discuss their future careers and aspirations with the guidance of youth workers.
