The Gastronomy Entrepreneurs project aims to develop young people’s entrepreneurial skills in the field of gastronomy, thereby supporting rural development and reducing youth unemployment. To achieve this, tailored training materials will be created to meet the needs of young participants, helping them gain knowledge, skills, and self-confidence. A comprehensive roadmap will be developed to guide them through the entrepreneurship process, and a strategic reference document will be prepared to support decision-makers. In addition, practical handbooks for trainers and participants will be produced to ensure the project’s long-term impact and sustainability.
